Neskens Jr. Dorcelus is the Founder and President of Dorcelus Empowerment, an organization that provides interactive and introspective training focused on workplace toxicity, conflict resolution, school bullying, and leadership. His work supports corporations, organizations, schools, and government agencies in becoming more effective, and has been recognized on platforms such as Rogers TV, CP24 Breakfast Television, and the United Nations Headquarters.
Beyond facilitating school and corporate workshops, Neskens Jr. is deeply committed to advancing the safety and well-being of children globally. He serves as the Canadian Representative of Child Impact International, where he helps educate communities across North America on the prevention of human trafficking.
He also partners with Child Crisis Helpline organizations, supporting the establishment of national child helplines across the Caribbean and the Americas, providing critical support to children and youth facing violence, exploitation, and mental health challenges.
